Emplify Health is seeking a skilled Creative Services Producer to join our team! This position partners directly with medical providers and patients to create accurate and respectful visual documentation for medical, instructional, and promotional use while upholding Emplify Health’s commitment to patient‑centered care and privacy.
 

In this role you would collaborate with service lines, leadership, and cross-functional teams to plan, produce, and deliver high-quality, engaging videos and related digital content for marketing, social media, internal communications, training, and events.


Ideal candidates should be able to manage the entire production process, ensuring technical excellence, and aligning content with organizational goals and brand guidelines.
 

Major Responsibilities Include:  


  • Collaboration and Planning:
    • Collaborate with service lines, leadership, and other staff to plan, produce, and deliver high-quality videos for instructional, informational, and promotional purposes.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure videos align with organizational goals and messaging.
  • Video and Digital Content Production:
    • Produce videos and related digital content for marketing campaigns, social media, internal communications, training, and events. 
    • Manage the entire production process, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring timely and effective execution. 
    • Evaluate and implement AI-assisted workflows to aid videos and related digital content. 
    • Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage. 
    • Ensure proper framing, lighting, and sound quality in all video and digital content productions. 
  • Video and Digital Content Editing: 
    • Edit raw footage using assigned editing software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, to create engaging and polished final products. 
    • Ensure videos and related digital content meet high standards of visual and audio quality and are consistent with brand guidelines. 
  • Storytelling: 
    • Tell compelling stories of our staff, patients and community members through video and related digital content, capturing their experiences and emotions to enhance audience engagement. 
    • Develop creative and narrative-driven content that resonates with both internal and external audiences. 

  • Strategic Guidance: 
    • Provide strategic guidance and problem-solving across multiple departments to enhance video and digital content and production processes. 
    • Offer insights and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of  storytelling and campaigns that use video and related digital content. 
  • Strategy Development: 
    • Develop and implement relevant internal and external strategies that increase employee, patient, and community awareness, understanding, and support for major initiatives, organizational priorities, and goals. 
    • Stay informed about healthcare industry topics and trends to ensure videos and digital content are current and impactful. 
  • General 
    • Adheres to regular and predictable attendance. 
    • Performs other duties as assigned. 
       

What's Available:

  • Full time, 1.0 FTE - 40 hours/ week
  • Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:30am-5:00pm
  • Location: Onsite, primarily based at the La Crosse, WI Main Campus; However, role may from time to time require light travel to Onalaska, WI campus
  • Starting pay of $56,000/year and up based on your relevant years of experience.


 

What You'll Need: 

  • Associate's degree or equivalent years of experience and education
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in healthcare, photography, videography, or patient care.
  • License/ Certification: Valid Driver's License required
  • Strong working knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standard
  • Proven ability to work directly with patients in sensitive or high‑stress situations
  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop and Premiere Pro
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
