Design, develop, test, debug, integrate, and maintain complex software systems; develop queries and algorithms; lead and oversee software teams; recommend technologies and processes; ensure quality and requirements traceability for defense/intelligence programs.

Support government test and evaluation (T&E) activities: plan and execute test events, design evaluation and analysis plans, apply modeling/simulation and statistical analysis, manage data collection/instrumentation, assess testability and risks, and produce T&E documentation and reports while coordinating with systems engineering and integrated test teams.

Manage configuration baselines and lifecycle for developmental and operational systems. Implement and enforce hardware/software version control, CM plans, policies, and automated tools (e.g., DOORS, Eclipse). Maintain CM environments for build, staging, testing, and integration; perform change control, configuration audits, and advise the Change Control Board.

Lead systems engineering efforts: translate user requirements into system requirements and architectures (DoDAF/SOA), produce system engineering documentation, manage interfaces and configuration, support integration/test and DoD C&A and JCIDS processes, participate on Change Control Board, and provide technical direction across HW/SW systems.

Support program managers and PEO leadership by monitoring and reporting program/portfolio health across contracts. Perform cost, schedule, and performance analysis; prepare acquisition documents (SOWs, PMPs, Acquisition Strategies); produce financial execution reports and briefings; use program management tools and Excel (pivot tables, charts) to track resources, funding, milestones, and present findings.

Lead enterprise-level process improvement using CMM/CMMI and engineering methodologies. Plan, coordinate, and conduct formal/informal process assessments; analyze results, recommend improvements, track progress, train teams, and support systems and software engineering process initiatives across acquisition lifecycle.

Develop and execute cyber exploitation plans by applying deep understanding of adversary networks, defenses, and operational capabilities. Perform vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, forensics, and network/system engineering tasks supporting mission-critical federal customers under TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph requirements.

Provide strategic planning and program analysis support to federal clients (DoD/IC), including PPBE and Program Build analysis, resource mapping, trend/gap analysis, stakeholder coordination, CBJB narratives, mission readiness support, and responses to RFIs for executive and congressional audiences.
