Provide customer-facing product engineering for plain bearings, support NPI and qualification, resolve technical issues, and lead cross-functional special projects addressing material obsolescence, process changes, regulatory compliance, and supply chain risks.

Provide legal support on contracts, litigation coordination, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance (data privacy, cybersecurity, labor and employment). Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, advise U.S. business units, support compliance and litigation matters, and assist on projects as assigned.
