Drive adoption and sales of Caterpillar construction equipment technology solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, conduct demonstrations and jobsite evaluations, recommend solutions, implement systems, train customers, analyze equipment data, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with sales, service, and Caterpillar teams to improve productivity, safety, and ROI.

Develops equipment rental sales across Southeast Texas by prospecting construction, industrial, and municipal customers; building relationships; visiting job sites; recommending Caterpillar and allied equipment; preparing rental quotes and proposals; providing customer service; and achieving territory sales goals.

Support inbound and walk-in customers purchasing Caterpillar machinery, parts, and services. Qualify leads, generate new accounts, meet sales targets, respond to inquiries, monitor market and competitive activity, and build long-term customer relationships. The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, mechanical aptitude, strong customer service and negotiation skills, computer proficiency, and knowledge of Caterpillar equipment.
