Lead and manage the Aircraft Directorate's engineering teams, oversee contract execution and budgets, drive business development, mentor technical staff, ensure compliance with MERC processes, and support proposal and program management activities.

Support and perform cybersecurity operations including vulnerability assessments, compliance audits, threat/risk analysis, incident response, STIG application, security certification/accreditation support, and development of software-based remediations. Participate in security documentation, system security plans, testing, and customer technical interchange meetings while ensuring adherence to government policies and MERC procedures.

Lead and manage multi-year, multi-million-dollar externally funded programs. Plan, staff, and maintain program schedules; ensure contract execution within budget, scope, and schedule; conduct technical and programmatic reviews; support proposal development and capture; protect proprietary information; and perform other assigned duties.

Manage HR data and records, oversee HRIS workflows (onboarding and employee lifecycle), audit transactions for payroll and reporting accuracy, administer the I-9 process for compliance, maintain legal employee files, respond to internal/external information requests, and provide training and guidance to end users.

Design and perform detailed engineering work across disciplines (aerospace, electrical, computer, mechanical, software/cybersecurity). Analyze technologies, research alternatives, design and implement advanced solutions, participate in multidisciplinary teams, present technical recommendations to customers, provide cost/schedule/risk input, and support business development opportunities while adhering to MERC quality policies.

Lead fundraising and alumni engagement for the Law School: meet annual and campaign gift goals, plan major fundraising events, coordinate with alumni relations and communications, support the Dean and University Advancement, and manage constituent outreach including travel and non-standard hours.
