Coordinate MRO and VMI inventory across manufacturing operations: monitor stock levels, manage supplier communication and replenishment, maintain ERP data, run reporting and KPIs, support cycle counts, and collaborate with maintenance, warehouse, and procurement to optimize inventory and resolve material issues.

Serve as the technical pre-sales lead for new business: scope projects, assess feasibility and manufacturability, identify risks and cost drivers, and develop pricing and proposal documentation. Liaise between business development, engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality to ensure accurate estimates and smooth handoffs to execution teams.

Lead and own New Product Introduction (NPI) manufacturing deliverables from concept to global production release. Architect scalable manufacturing strategies, design line flows and labor models, validate tooling and automated processes, drive DFM/DFA/DFX initiatives, oversee prototypes/pilots, coordinate cross-functional launch activities, mitigate manufacturing risks, and stabilize production ramps post-launch.

Support purchasing operations through purchase order administration, supplier communication, and procurement data management. Maintain PO reports, track shortages and late deliveries, provide daily updates to buyers and planners, support KPI reporting, coordinate with cross-functional teams, assist vendor onboarding and compliance, and schedule supplier meetings.

Provide administrative and reporting support for Business Development: manage Salesforce and Monday.com data, produce reports and spreadsheets, liaise with engineering for project data, create audit forms and quoting documentation, and maintain CRM integrity through accurate data entry.

Administer and support the company ERP to ensure reliability, data integrity, security, and alignment with business processes. Provide user support and training, manage configurations, testing, and upgrades, drive process improvements and data governance, support reporting and integrations, and coordinate cross-functionally to implement enhancements and controls.
