Manage end-to-end accounts payable, reconcile general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries and supporting schedules, support month-end close, maintain vendor relationships, ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance (BL1, FFIEC 009), assist audits, and provide administrative support. On-site role collaborating across teams to meet financial deadlines.

Perform sanctions review, transaction monitoring, and enhanced due diligence within Correspondent Banking. Monitor Compliance Verification Level I, draft and follow up on live compliance inquiries, prepare approval memos, manage due-diligence case queue tasks, recommend actions (close, follow-up, file SAR), and perform additional tasks as assigned.

Oversee daily payments and banking operations, processing incoming/outgoing payments via Silverlake, managing loan bookings, extensions, and documentation, preparing amortization schedules and vouches, liaising with branches and correspondent banks, and ensuring regulatory and internal compliance.

Manage general ledger maintenance and month-end close, prepare and analyze financial statements, support regulatory reporting and audits, ensure GAAP and banking compliance, perform reconciliations, and contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and accounting policy improvements.

Manage HAB Banks relationship with the Federal Home Loan Bank of New York, oversee collateral pledge and loan eligibility review, ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance, submit loan schedules, coordinate with Lending, Compliance, and Operations, and monitor FHLB policy changes to keep procedures aligned.
