Oversees biweekly payroll processing, time and attendance systems, employee data changes, deductions, reports, and payroll maintenance. Coordinates benefits enrollment, vendor billing, retirement eligibility, open enrollment, employment verifications, HR records, employee agreements, and administrative support. Maintains confidentiality, responds to basic policy questions, and escalates issues appropriately.

Manages business recruitment, technical assistance, partnerships, loans, grant compliance, procurement, reporting, employer payroll verification, and client outcome tracking across an eight-county service area. Coordinates wraparound supports, monitors partner agreements, mitigates barriers, and prepares reports for funders, leadership, audits, and evaluations.

Administer Head Start ERSEA processes, including eligibility verification, recruitment, selection, enrollment, attendance, data integrity, reporting, training, and compliance. Maintain accurate ChildPlus records, monitor enrollment and attendance trends, coordinate recruitment activities, prepare audit and federal monitoring materials, submit required program reports, and collaborate with staff to improve participation and family engagement.

Serves as the agency’s first point of contact, greeting visitors, answering calls, managing mail, maintaining reception areas, coordinating calendars and rooms, and supporting office operations. Provides clerical and administrative assistance to Human Resources and leadership, including preparing onboarding materials, new hire folders, badges, and orientation resources. Maintains supplies, assists with employee recognition activities, and performs data entry, filing, copying, scheduling, and other administrative duties.

Lead and oversee comprehensive education programming across early childhood to adult learning, including Head Start and LGSH. Provide strategic vision, ensure regulatory compliance, manage curriculum and assessment, supervise education staff, drive family and community engagement, use data to monitor outcomes, and manage budgets and grants to improve instructional quality and program effectiveness.
