Sell new and used vehicles at a dealership by greeting customers, explaining products, negotiating and closing deals, maintaining customer records and follow-ups, managing inventory accuracy, and promoting special offers to build repeat business and customer loyalty.

Manage dealership finance and insurance: recommend and arrange customer financing, structure profitable deals, submit deals to lenders, ensure regulatory compliance, meet sales goals, maintain required certifications, and lead by example.

Lead and coach the new vehicle sales team to drive sales, manage inventory and controllable expenses, train staff, negotiate deals, analyze metrics, and partner with the GM to improve customer experience and profitability.
