Plan, design, and support execution of OSP (outside plant) infrastructure for the transport core network. Perform network analysis, audits, and performance assessments, coordinate with cross-functional teams and vendors, ensure compliance with safety and industry standards, document designs and progress, and support aerial-to-underground fortification projects.

Lead contract and lessor management for an assigned region: negotiate and approve contracts, manage vendor performance and compliance, conduct field audits, resolve escalations, coordinate with stakeholders and lessors, process ELAS in Maximo, track milestones and KPIs (OPEX, Lease TCO, uptime), and drive cost-saving ways of working.

Manage and monitor JPA and utility accounts (pole rental, power, water, misc.) for North Luzon. Ensure timely billing, settlement, reconciliation, record management, and prevention of service disruptions. Coordinate with business units and providers, perform data analysis and reporting, and support process automation.

Lead CAPEX controls reviews, monitoring, analytics, and provide insights for capital expenditures. Support projects, process improvements, non-BAU operations, quality assurance, risk and EUL reviews, PPE/depreciation benchmarking, asset counts, and fixed asset accounting consultancy.

Support corporate teams across Finance, HR, Legal, and Business Operations. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, project coordination, documentation, reporting, research, and data analysis. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and present project updates and recommendations.

Lead enterprise Integrated Management System (IMS) governance: set IMS strategy and roadmap, define governance framework, ensure ISO integration and audit readiness, own certification and performance improvement, lead governance team development, and partner with stakeholders to align IMS with corporate strategy and risk.
