Lead transport strategy and masterplanning for IP, optics, microwave, LEOSAT, and OSP domains. Develop 3–5 year network and tech roadmaps, evaluate new technologies/POCs, manage capex and MDB, and perform capacity planning and demand forecasting to optimize network inventory and cost.

Lead corporate finance and M&A initiatives including annual budget preparation, financial model actualization, valuation support, full-cycle M&A execution, dividend proposal coordination, and executive/Board-level presentations while collaborating with business unit and treasury teams.

Design, build, and operate end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest network telemetry into a Data Mart. Create high-performance dimensional models, implement automated data quality and observability, enforce governance and IAM, maintain metadata and lineage, and enable analysts with production-ready datasets and standardized metrics.

Provide friendly, face-to-face customer support to create positive experiences: assist customers using digital channels, recommend Globe products/services, handle sales and service requests, process approvals and transactions, and accept payments for bills and purchases.

Manage end-to-end processing and reconciliation of TowerCo passthrough charges and Maintenance OOS billing. Coordinate with external tower companies, internal finance teams, and vendors to validate, process, and reconcile invoices and payments. Maintain documentation, produce reports, support audits, resolve escalations, and implement process improvements to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with contracts.
