Manage and monitor JPA and utility accounts (pole rental, power, water, misc.) for North Luzon. Ensure timely billing, settlement, reconciliation, record management, and prevention of service disruptions. Coordinate with business units and providers, perform data analysis and reporting, and support process automation.

Monitor model performance, troubleshoot curated data issues, and support analytics, geospatial and predictive use cases.

Lead CAPEX controls reviews, monitoring, analytics, and provide insights for capital expenditures. Support projects, process improvements, non-BAU operations, quality assurance, risk and EUL reviews, PPE/depreciation benchmarking, asset counts, and fixed asset accounting consultancy.

Lead contract and lessor/vendor management including negotiations, compliance, performance reviews, field audits, issue resolution, payment and contract approvals, and stakeholder coordination to meet regional KPIs and reduce recurring lessor issues.

Lead cross-functional, end-to-end programs for network infrastructure and technical platforms. Define scope, align stakeholders, manage risks and change, oversee delivery, deployment readiness, and operational handover, and measure outcomes versus business objectives.

Lead and improve end-to-end supply chain operations: develop materials strategy, drive inventory accuracy, optimize lead times, lot sizes and purchase pricing, expand point-of-impact inventory and delivery modes, foster continuous improvement, and oversee supply planning, sourcing, procurement, QA, distribution, storage and data-driven performance improvements.

Perform outside plant (OSP) cable assessment and planning for wireless and wireline projects; prepare PRs and vendor award processes; collaborate with Access, Transport, and Facility Planning teams; apply basic OSP planning and design knowledge plus fundamentals of 2G/3G/LTE RAN/IBS and transmission networks.

Lead contract and lessor management for a region: negotiate and approve contracts, manage vendor performance and compliance, coordinate with lessors and stakeholders, conduct field audits, process lease transactions in Maximo, resolve escalations, track KPIs (OPEX, Lease TCO, uptime), and drive process improvements and cost-saving measures.
