Leads visual, digital, and interactive creative development across multiple companies and brands. Translates approved strategies into campaigns, content, websites, social media, video, photography, motion graphics, and presentations. Manages projects from concept through delivery, directs employees, vendors, freelancers, and agencies, reviews work for quality and brand alignment, presents recommendations to executives, develops team talent, and evaluates creative performance.

Coordinates marketing projects, campaigns, content, communications, digital media, events, branded materials, and external vendors. Maintains calendars, project trackers, asset libraries, and approvals; reviews materials for quality and brand consistency; supports proposals and business-development materials; gathers internal content; communicates deadlines and roadblocks; and provides basic campaign and activity reporting.

Manage project-level accounting for construction projects: set up contracts, SOVs, change orders; prepare monthly progress billings; process subcontractor/vendor invoices; support month-end close with journal entries and reconciliations; maintain audit documentation; coordinate with AP/AR/payroll and identify process improvements.

Manage the full subcontractor lifecycle across construction projects, including prequalification, contract compliance, invoicing, payment readiness, waivers, performance monitoring, risk management, reporting, and closeout. Coordinate with project operations, contracts, legal, accounting, finance, supply chain, and subcontractors to ensure contractual obligations, funding requirements, documentation, and payment controls are met. Develop standardized workflows, dashboards, controls, and escalation processes, while potentially supervising subcontract administration personnel.

Supports subcontractor onboarding, agreement administration, invoice and payment readiness, lien waiver tracking, compliance monitoring, performance documentation, issue resolution, reporting, closeout, and process improvement. Coordinates with subcontractors, project operations, accounting, legal, purchasing, and supply chain stakeholders to maintain accurate records, resolve discrepancies, and ensure contractual and administrative requirements are completed on time.

Administer the company purchasing card program: manage card issuance and maintenance, monitor transactions for compliance, produce spend and rebate reports, support reconciliations and audits, train cardholders, coordinate with card provider, and identify program improvements while supporting supplier operations during peak workloads.

Support and administer supply chain systems (ERP, procurement, logistics, inventory), manage configurations, integrations, reporting (Power BI/Excel), data governance, user training, vendor coordination, and continuous process improvement to increase automation, data accuracy, and user adoption.

Support strategic sourcing through supplier research, RFQ/RFP management, quotation and total-cost analysis, bid evaluations, supplier qualification, negotiation of pricing/terms, market monitoring, and transitioning awarded suppliers to Purchasing.

Own a Texas territory to drive revenue growth and profitability by selling commercial and industrial electrical services, retaining and expanding accounts, leading 5–10 technicians, overseeing field operations, ensuring service quality and safety, and coordinating billing and collections.

Develop, maintain, and track detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and Excel; coordinate with project teams to identify delays, optimize resources, report status, and ensure on-time delivery of electrical construction projects.
