- Support Kojo, Vista, Epicor, TradeTapp, and future Supply Chain applications.
- Configure users, workflows, approvals and security.
- Coordinate with IT and software vendors.
- Maintain system documentation.
- Analyze business processes.
- Develop standardized workflows.
- Identify automation opportunities.
- Configure enhancements.
- Support upgrades, testing and deployments.
- Participate in implementations.
- Support system integrations.
- Monitor interfaces.
- Validate data transfers.
- Develop dashboards.
- Support Power BI/Excel reporting.
- Monitor utilization and data quality.
- Maintain master data.
- Support supplier and item maintenance.

- Bachelor's degree preferred in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems or related field.
- 3–5 years supporting ERP, procurement or supply chain systems.
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
- Experience with ERP platforms (Vista, Epicor, Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards or similar).
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Power BI, Power Platform, Kojo or SQL experience preferred.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems or related field
- 3-5 years supporting ERP, procurement or supply chain systems
- Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Experience with ERP platforms (Vista, Epicor, Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards or similar)
