Supports project managers on active electrical construction projects by tracking schedules, milestones, submittals, RFIs, change orders, costs, budgets, pay applications, subcontractor compliance, procurement, meeting documentation, and stakeholder communication. The internship provides office and field exposure, mentorship, and a capstone project presented to leadership.

Develops, revises, and maintains curriculum materials, lesson plans, assessments, and instructional resources for instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced learning. Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders, defines learning objectives, evaluates effectiveness, ensures accessibility and accuracy, and updates content based on feedback and performance metrics. The role also requires strong writing, editing, research, documentation, project management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning-development tools.

Collaborates with estimating, BIM/VDC, and field operations to align prefab designs with installation needs. The intern works in a production environment, contributes to a capstone project, and presents results to leadership.

Supports IT administration and reporting across ERP and HRIS platforms. Responsibilities include configuring systems, managing user accounts and permissions, maintaining documentation, building reports and dashboards, cleaning and reconciling data, troubleshooting issues, testing integrations, and participating in user acceptance testing. The intern will also complete a capstone project and present results to leadership.

Supports IT and Accounting analytics by building Power BI dashboards, maintaining reports, cleaning and validating ERP, ATS, and HRIS data, identifying trends and anomalies, and assisting with financial, cost, budget, reconciliation, and reporting automation tasks. Leads Power BI modeling, DAX quality reviews, source control, access management, stakeholder collaboration, training, and continuous improvement while coaching team members and supporting executive decision-making.

Coordinates client-facing events, trade shows, conferences, sponsorships, outreach campaigns, and appreciation initiatives. Manages invitations, RSVPs, contact records, event logistics, communications, collateral, budgets, calendars, follow-ups, and post-event reporting. Collaborates across departments to ensure timely, accurate, professional, and brand-aligned execution while monitoring client feedback and identifying process improvements.

Leads engagement, employee relations, training, development, and readiness for a 100-person field workforce. Resolves conflicts, coaches supervisors, improves retention, coordinates scheduling and certifications, maintains compliance and staffing ratios, and develops career pathways. Partners with field operations and executives to communicate workforce trends, risks, and performance. Requires experience in field operations and people management, preferably in construction, electrical, industrial, or technical trades.

Evaluates financial, operational, commercial, and compliance risks for projects, clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Manages subcontractor prequalification, reviews financial health and documentation, analyzes contracts and performance metrics, maintains compliance platforms, and prepares risk reports, dashboards, prequalification packages, and executive recommendations.

Owns the configuration, governance, administration, integration, and adoption of Trimble ProjectSight. Manages ProjectSight-Vista ERP data synchronization, project templates, workflows, security roles, data quality, rollouts, user training, documentation, vendor support, and issue resolution. Partners with Analytics, Accounting, Project Controls, and project teams to ensure accurate reporting and consistent system usage across field and office environments.
