Coordinates logistics across multiple electrical construction projects, prioritizing deliveries, transfers, inventory, material availability, and resource allocation. Supervises approximately five Material/Logistics Handlers, provides coaching and performance feedback, resolves shortages and delivery issues, and maintains accurate logistics records. The role monitors safety, inventory control, jobsite conditions, and logistics KPIs while coordinating with Purchasing and escalating significant risks. Regular travel among active project locations is required.

The role serves as a Tier 1/2 support contact for HR, Payroll, managers, and employees; monitors reports and integrations; assists with security reviews; and identifies process improvements and enhancement opportunities.

Administer and implement Workday HCM, including configuration, security, integrations, reporting, data conversion, testing, payroll and benefits validation, release management, and go-live support. Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and implementation consultants to improve processes, maintain data governance, support compliance, resolve escalated tickets, and train users. The role also manages Workday documentation, audits, integrations, business processes, and ongoing system enhancements.

Partners with managers and employees to support engagement, retention, performance management, workforce planning, succession planning, change initiatives, and organizational development. Manages employee relations investigations and disciplinary matters, ensures employment-law compliance, supports compensation programs, and uses HR data to develop business cases and recommendations. The role also contributes to job descriptions, training needs, restructuring, and HR projects in a multi-state construction organization.

Leads engineering, design, product development, and technical standards for temporary power, electrical distribution, generation, and prefabricated products. Oversees electrical calculations, code compliance, PE sign-offs, manufacturing integration, BIM/VDC coordination, testing, quality, cost optimization, and field deployment. Builds scalable product libraries, engineering processes, and teams while partnering cross-functionally with operations, manufacturing, procurement, sales, customers, and leadership.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for electrical construction roles, including electricians, apprentices, journeymen, foremen, and superintendents. Source and screen candidates through trade networks, job boards, career fairs, social media, and talent databases. Coordinate offers, build partnerships with trade schools and apprenticeship programs, maintain candidate pipelines, advise hiring leaders, track recruitment metrics, and represent the company at industry events. Fluency in English and Spanish and local travel are required.
