Manage and grow assigned territory accounts by following up on leads, conducting professional sales calls, identifying customer needs, developing new opportunities, and reducing sales attrition. Report to the Region Sales Manager and collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and incentives.

Drive generation, development, and closing of wall-mount HVAC replacement sales for Bard equipment. Set and document Professional Sales Calls, maintain SMP records, write bids/orders in Mincron, pursue specifications with architects/engineers, run trade shows and job walks, support customers, and coordinate with internal teams for inventory, credit, and training.

Lead growth of residential and light-commercial VRF and mini-split product sales across multiple Western states. Develop and manage sales programs and promotions, collaborate with regional and territory sales managers, train staff and customers, and ensure sales and profit targets are met. Frequent travel required.
