Manages mid-sized customer projects from planning through closeout, coordinating Engineering, Operations, Installation, Supply Chain, logistics, equipment readiness, budgets, schedules, risks, documentation, and customer communications. Evaluates project performance, identifies improvements, monitors timelines and costs, and supports on-time delivery of technical projects at customer sites.

Supports lead process engineers with heat and mass transfer, fluid mechanics calculations, PFD and P&ID development, equipment and instrument lists, proposals, specifications, regulatory compliance, cost tracking, and project documentation. Assists with factory and site acceptance testing, vendor coordination, shop and installation support, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role may involve office or onsite work and requires up to 15% travel.

Performs routine supply chain sourcing assignments using established procedures to analyze and resolve problems. Builds knowledge of the organization, processes, and customers while working with moderate guidance. May train new team members and contribute input to employee performance evaluations.

Owns Workday HR reporting, including custom reports, calculated fields, dashboards, Discovery Boards, and BIRT reports. Builds Power BI and broader data solutions using Databricks and SQL, validates data, troubleshoots reporting issues, and supports HR metrics and decision-making. Partners with HR functional and governance teams, translates business needs into reporting requirements, maintains data lineage and compliance documentation, and uses AI tools to improve report development and data quality.
