Lead engineering for design and development of High Pressure (HPP) machinery. Manage engineers designing pressure vessels, controls, and frames; solve complex technical problems; improve quality, cost, and warranty performance; conduct design reviews; oversee supplier quality, knowledge transfer, hiring and mentoring; support sales/service and drive RCI/VA/VE and IP generation.

Lead the design and professionalization of global portfolio management for product and innovation. Implement portfolio frameworks, governance, Planview programs, dashboards, and reporting. Lead site financial planning, forecasting, accounting, cash and risk management. Provide strategic partnership to site leadership, prepare FP&A reports, manage budgets, capital planning, and a finance team to support manufacturing operations and regulatory compliance.

Coordinate and translate sales forecasts into a master production schedule, manage open orders and delivery dates, resolve execution issues, plan resource capacity, support S&OP cycles, and collaborate across sales, engineering, manufacturing and project teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Lead site financial strategy and operations: budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, cash and asset management, capital budgeting, risk and compliance, financial analysis, and team leadership to support strategic initiatives.

Design and improve large capital HPP equipment: produce detailed 2D/3D models and drawings, perform stress analysis, specify materials, support manufacturing and suppliers, attend customer and safety reviews, and resolve engineering issues.

Lead JBT Marel's inorganic growth agenda by sourcing and executing M&A, investments, and partnerships. Manage full deal lifecycle: pipeline development, valuation and financial modeling, negotiation, due diligence, closing, and post-merger integration. Advise senior leadership, coordinate cross-functional teams and external advisors, track transaction performance, and monitor market trends to inform strategy.
