Coordinates NCLEX preparation and ATI services for vocational nursing students across multiple campuses. Responsibilities include planning ATI activities, managing testing and orientation, training faculty and students, analyzing performance dashboards, identifying at-risk students, coordinating coaching, preparing progress reports, and assessing student readiness for the NCLEX. Requires collaboration with nursing program directors, faculty, ATI staff, and academic leadership.

Directs operations of the vocational nursing program, including faculty recruitment and supervision, curriculum development, compliance, budgeting, accreditation reporting, student success, and program evaluation. Leads governance meetings, maintains regulatory records, ensures faculty licensure, and collaborates with campus and community partners. Requires availability for occasional evenings and weekends and travel to the Costa Mesa campus as needed.

Responsibilities include scheduling orientations and testing, managing student rosters and resources, training faculty and students, analyzing performance dashboards, identifying at-risk students, coordinating coaching, preparing progress reports, and supporting faculty and program directors in improving NCLEX outcomes.

Coordinates clinical placements for nursing students by developing healthcare agency partnerships, managing affiliation agreements, scheduling clinical experiences, monitoring compliance, resolving placement concerns, and supporting related events and outreach. The role represents the college to clinical partners, students, and the community while collaborating with nursing leadership and faculty to ensure successful clinical education experiences.

Provides high-level administrative and strategic support to the President, including complex calendar and travel management, communications, meeting preparation, board and governance coordination, confidential records management, project assistance, budget tracking, procurement, and process improvement. Serves as a liaison among executive leadership, board members, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders while anticipating needs and ensuring the efficient operation of the President’s office.
