The Senior Staff Accountant manages monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processes; prepares journal entries, reconciliations, financial statements, and audit work papers; analyzes general ledger accounts; maintains fixed asset schedules; supports ERP software nationwide; trains operational partners; and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives.

Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports, prepare and issue payments (checks and ACH), code invoices to GL accounts, ensure sales/use tax compliance, obtain approvals for over-limit requests, follow up on missing documentation, and act as liaison between company locations and vendors.

Manage full-cycle recruiting and high-volume sourcing: maintain careers page and ATS, screen and interview candidates, advise hiring managers, coordinate onboarding and documentation, run community outreach and job fairs, support HR Manager on process improvements, compensation coordination, and training for managers.

Lead corporate HR and safety teams, develop and execute HR strategies, oversee talent acquisition, performance, compensation, compliance, HRIS data and workforce analytics, manage employee relations and investigations, and partner with leadership to integrate safety and change management across the organization.

Manage customer payments and account records, prepare daily bank deposits, process credit card transactions and refunds, research and resolve payment discrepancies and customer inquiries, reconcile accounts with Credit and Collections, run monthly reconciliation reports, and perform related administrative duties.

Sell the companys insulation, adhesives, and HVAC product lines by researching customer needs, developing technical sales proposals, conducting presentations, closing deals, and meeting sales quotas. Maintain industry contacts, participate in forecasting and market planning, produce sales reports, and coordinate trade show participation. Travel frequently to support customer relationships and sales activities.

Provide primary helpdesk phone and ticket support, maintain and configure thin clients, workstations, printers and servers, perform OS repairs, hardware/software upgrades, manage inventory and licenses, assist onboarding, document procedures, and escalate issues to appropriate teams.
