Provide accounting and administrative support for a vehicle dealership: manage and reconcile vehicle inventory, prepare customer delivery and financing paperwork (MSO, bank packages), process DMV transactions, pull manufacturer invoices, handle dealer trades, file and scan documents, prepare reports, assist other departments and special projects, and maintain confidentiality.

Sell new and used Toyota vehicles by prospecting leads, handling phone and internet inquiries, presenting and negotiating vehicle features and terms, completing sales and delivery paperwork, obtaining titles/lien releases, and following the dealerships sales process while maintaining a professional appearance.
