Duties:

  • Willing to call, text email and most importantly engage in person with our customers at every level. 

  • Must be active on the sales floor, if you are a behind the desk style manager, please do not apply.

  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals

  • Set objectives, establish schedules, and create policies and procedures to ensure the achievement of sales targets and profitability

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat and referral business

  • Provide exceptional customer service by resolving any issues that may arise during the sales process

  • Stay up-to-date with automotive industry trends, technology, and regulations to ensure compliance and competitive advantage

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Manager or equivalent role in the automotive industry

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and profitability targets

  • Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their targets

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

  • Strong analytical abilities and experience with inventory management and pricing strategies

  • Knowledge of automotive industry trends, technology, and regulations

  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships

Skills Required
