Provides office administration and recruitment support, including phone and email communications, document and record organization, scheduling, applicant screening, interview coordination, candidate follow-up, and maintaining confidential applicant information. The role is part-time and in-office, with potential to expand to full-time hours. It requires strong organization, communication, reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to learn administrative and HR processes.

Manage the full new-hire onboarding process from offer acceptance through the start date. Coordinate and validate employment documents, forms, compliance requirements, and clearances while tracking milestones and resolving delays. Serve as the primary contact for candidates and collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, HR, Compliance, and Operations. Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and a positive employee experience in a healthcare environment.

Leads the organization’s human resources strategy, policies, compliance, onboarding, benefits, leave administration, workers’ compensation, reporting, performance management, retention, workforce planning, and HRIS operations. Oversees the HR and talent acquisition teams, partners with executive and operational leadership, supports organizational culture, coordinates safety programs, manages vendors, and ensures compliance across multi-state operations.
