We are looking for an organized, dependable, and personable Administrative & Recruitment Assistant to join our team in Orange, CT.
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to build experience in administration, recruitment, and healthcare operations.
The position will start at approximately 25 hours per week, with the potential to grow into a 30- or 40- hour position as you develop in the role and take on additional responsibilities.

Administrative Support

Manage incoming phone calls, mail, and general office communications.

Organize and maintain internal documents and records.

Assist with general office organization and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Assist with scheduling and coordinating coverage as needed.
Recruitment Support

Assist with the recruitment process from initial applicant contact through interview scheduling.

Screen applicants and help identify candidates who meet position requirements.

Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Follow up with applicants regarding next steps and required information.

Provide candidates with information about available positions, benefits, and role requirements.

Maintain accurate and organized candidate records.

Assist with additional recruitment and HR-related tasks as needed.

Gain hands-on experience in healthcare administration and recruitment.

Build valuable professional, organizational, and communication skills.
