Develop and integrate multi-module C#/.NET components, implement RESTful client/server interactions, marshal data between C# and C++, write unit tests, debug Windows services and drivers, and work with cloud environments and Intel platform technologies.

Plan, create, develop and deploy software and hardware tests/tools for product validation, production and service. Perform factory test automation, instrument control, and embedded/PC application development while collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, partners and customers.

Deploy, configure, and integrate HP monitoring solutions (HP BSM 9.2x, HP BPM 9.x, HP SiteScope 11.x) and develop VuGen scripts. Provide consulting for installations and environment-specific configurations across complex client environments.

Provide reactive and proactive technical support to external customers: troubleshoot and resolve incidents, qualify and escalate to Tier-II, document issues and solutions, and create internal/external support documentation.
