Provide incident, event and request fulfillment support for a Git/Gerrit/Jenkins/Artifactory-based software toolchain. Monitor CI jobs and alerts, troubleshoot issues, perform downtime testing, document fixes, and hand over knowledge. Participate in team meetings and support day-to-day toolchain operations.
