Administer and support large Oracle and SQL Server databases: performance tuning, backups, HA/replication/mirroring, security, ETL/data loading, change management, OS-level troubleshooting, disaster recovery design, coordinate on/offshore teams, and implement physical database changes.

Develop SQL reports and dashboards from various databases (e.g., Oracle) using SQL Pathfinder; extract and analyze data to identify improvement areas; translate user reporting needs into sustainable, maintainable code; work within a manufacturing environment.

Provide production support and code enhancements for embedded systems using C++ on WinCE. Troubleshoot issues, develop GUI/Multimedia features with Qt, work with SQL Server, and collaborate in an Agile, team-based environment. QNX/Linux knowledge is a plus.

Provide production support and solution design for Oracle SCM/WMS modules. Gather requirements, write functional specifications and SQL queries, resolve production issues, and coordinate with IT, business users, onsite and offshore technical teams.

Provide administrative and project coordination support to senior leadership, manage complex scheduling and communications, organize travel and events, prepare expense reconciliations, track action items, and coordinate cross-departmental information flow.

Coordinate project and executive meeting schedules, prepare meeting deliverables and minutes, and produce administrative documents. Collaborate with PMO and business users to support project activities and ensure meeting logistics and documentation are complete. Work primarily onsite in the New York office with occasional presence in the New Jersey office.

Develop embedded software for IoT gateways and sensor platform integration. Design embedded system architecture, firmware, and device drivers. Implement communications over USB, BLE, WiFi, ZigBee. Work on Linux/Unix platforms, use standard development tools, and integrate RESTful APIs; networking and cloud basics a plus.

Provide Level-2 desktop support for desktops, laptops and peripherals: troubleshoot hardware/software, maintain system images, manage warranty/OEM repairs, support AD and VPN/LAN connectivity, install/configure software, perform maintenance and moves, escalate when needed, and document procedures while meeting SLAs and delivering strong customer service.

Design, develop, test, and deploy ASP.NET/C# three-tier enterprise web applications. Implement unit and automated integration tests, work in an Agile/Scrum team, apply refactoring, and support continuous integration and relational database development.

Assess and execute migration from Connect Enterprise to Sterling File Gateway. Perform system analysis, migrate Sterling Commerce applications, develop and run scripts (Perl, Unix shell, Windows, DOS), and ensure successful cutover and documentation. Communicate findings and progress to stakeholders.
