Install, document, and support Software Defined Infrastructure (Azure, VMware, OpenStack) on target hardware; develop sales demos; create post-install troubleshooting documentation and runbooks; perform Linux system administration, patching, automation and manage large-scale 24/7 environments.

Develop and implement customer-facing .NET applications. Work with the Customer Solutions lead to design ASP.NET GUIs, prototype rich user interfaces, program in C# (.NET 4.5), and perform SQL Server development and database programming.

Manage the ActiveStandards platform and its checkpoint library to scan intel.com content for issues. Plan and implement checks, partner with vendors and cross-functional teams to prioritize and drive remediation, author user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure adherence to intel.com standards and accessibility guidelines. Maintain awareness of AEM templates/components and release impacts.

Design, develop, test, debug, install and maintain in-house applications. Prepare technical specifications, assist project plans, research maintenance issues, lead a programming team through SDLC, support end users (including off-hours), and maintain issue tracking and resolution.

Lead technical teams to integrate multiple systems, designing and developing UI and middle-tier .NET applications. Responsibilities include team leadership (developers/testers), web service and WCF development, reusable UI modules, requirements management, scope control, issue and risk management, and owning SDLC activities.

Assist with development of the Snowflex project. Requires expert Free Pascal development in a Unix environment and deep understanding of database internals and complex data structures. Unix internals and C++ are beneficial; knowledge of distributed databases and distributed-systems algorithms (gossip, raft/paxos) is a plus.

Support Sales/Influencer Sales group by managing RFPs/RFIs and Tech Surveys: read requests, identify resources, meet deadlines, rewrite and standardize responses, maintain knowledgebase. Secondary tasks include requesting access, troubleshooting, data entry, reporting, account research, and stakeholder coordination to drive resolution.
