Manage full-cycle recruiting: collaborate with hiring managers, source passive candidates, screen resumes and conduct phone interviews, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and handle initial onboarding paperwork.

Provide administrative support including managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, booking travel, screening calls, drafting professional correspondence and reports, maintaining physical and digital filing systems, and ordering and managing office and pantry supplies.

Enter, verify, and update alphanumeric data into digital databases; retrieve records on request; ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company and client information.

Serve as primary client contact to resolve inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot issues, guide customers through portals and basic technical steps, log interactions in CRM, and escalate complex problems to internal teams.

Monitor live tracking systems to follow freight movement, log delays or deviations, update internal tracking databases, verify delivery receipts, and communicate delivery status with teams and carriers.

Coordinate shipments and route optimization, manage drivers/warehouses/carriers, prepare shipping and customs documentation, negotiate carrier rates, and resolve transit delays or cargo discrepancies to ensure timely delivery.

Design, implement, and maintain database schemas, stored procedures, and backup/recovery processes. Write and optimize SQL/T-SQL/PL/SQL queries, monitor performance, ensure data integrity, and collaborate with developers and IT teams. Document systems and stay current on database technologies and best practices.
