Job Summary
We want a proactive Recruiter to manage our full-cycle hiring process. You will source, screen, and hire top talent to meet our growing organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles.
- Source passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
- Review incoming resumes and conduct initial phone screening interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring panels.
- Extend job offers and manage the initial onboarding paperwork.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Proven success working as an internal or agency recruiter.
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
