Configure AACG segregation-of-duty rules using Oracle AACG rule library, Accenture SOD models, and client controls. Gather RBAC requirements and configure RBAC via Oracle User Management. Work with Oracle EBS roles, responsibilities and MOAC. Must pass background and drug screen.

Support creation of training materials and courseware through graphic design and content development. Collaborate with learning & development, platform leads, and SMEs to develop instructional materials and integrated training content.

Lead ownership and architecture of the enterprise VDI platform (Horizon, App Volumes, vRealize Automation, vGPU). Evaluate and recommend VDI solutions, manage OS imaging and standards, produce operational procedures, perform root cause analysis, support operations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and system stability for a large-scale environment (40,000+ users).

Perform data aggregation, statistical analysis and data mining. Design, develop and maintain ETL processes to extract customer data from ERP, cleanse and standardize it, and load into Salesforce.com. Work across layers 1-3, focusing on L3 services, transport multiplexers, and monitoring/analytics. Write scripts (Python) and support VNF lifecycle activities like upgrades and installations.
