Provides administrative and secretarial support to a clinical laboratory, including meeting coordination, minute taking, document preparation, personnel record maintenance, supply ordering and inventory, regulatory documentation, billing support, deliveries, and office communications. Requires strong organization, communication, filing, typing, and reprioritization skills in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Writes grant proposals and manages awarded grants for clinical, business, and program initiatives. Ensures compliance with grantor requirements, reporting obligations, metrics, timelines, budgets, and expenditures. Coordinates with Finance and Contracts, maintains records, supports program development, interprets project data, and prepares presentations. Requires independent work, strong communication, organization, grant and contract expertise, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, relationship-management systems, and data platforms.

Process, audit, and analyze payroll to ensure accurate, timely employee compensation. Maintain payroll data integrity, support financial reporting and compliance, resolve discrepancies, manage deadlines and workflows, and improve payroll operations through analysis and problem-solving.
