Process, audit, and reconcile US and Canadian payrolls (salaried and union), maintain compliance, audit time-tracking (UKG), support Workday/tax reporting, produce payroll and financial reports, and recommend process improvements.

Serve as UKG subject-matter expert to configure, maintain, and optimize UKG Pro/Dimensions time and attendance systems. Build integrations, design reports, support end users, run audits/upgrades, liaise with vendors, and implement scalable solutions aligned with union contracts and business needs.

Support finance and operations by managing monthly close activities (journal entries, reconciliations) per IFRS, prepare forecasts and annual operating plans using Hyperion EPBCS, build and maintain financial models, analyze variances versus forecasts/plans, and provide actionable financial recommendations to operations leadership.

Partner with managers and front-line leaders to deliver HR programs: talent acquisition, full-cycle recruiting, employee relations and investigations, performance management, compliance, engagement, retention, and workforce development.

Administer and enhance Workday HCM: assess requirements, configure business processes, troubleshoot, create reports and dashboards, support integrations and bi-annual releases, train end users, and partner with stakeholders to deliver system solutions and data integrity.

Design, develop, test, deploy, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing applications. Collaborate with operations, quality, maintenance, and shipping to gather requirements, optimize production systems, and provide training and support for custom applications.

Lead and facilitate structured RCFA investigations to eliminate recurring mechanical, electrical, and process failures. Drive corrective actions, analyze failure data and KPIs, establish RCFA program standards, coach teams in problem-solving methodologies, and maintain knowledge capture to improve long-term asset reliability.
