Lead HR strategy and operations for a 900+ employee organization: workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, payroll, compliance, employee relations, HR technology, and performance management. Partner with executives, build HR systems, improve retention and engagement, and ensure legal and recordkeeping compliance.

Manage new and used vehicle sales activities across Dayton and Cincinnati markets. Hire, train, coach and evaluate sales staff; set and monitor goals; manage inventory, sales process, and department business planning; travel to customers and build relationships to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Manage central purchasing and inventory data in Fusion: create and maintain inventory records, place/back-up stock orders, communicate with suppliers and dealerships, analyze product lines to improve performance, assist with physical inventories, and perform related duties.

Manage ecommerce sales and marketing activities: create and post product listings, set pricing and freight policies, handle returns, monitor orders, supervise staff, coordinate shipping/receiving, and complete strategic projects to maximize online sales.

Sell finance and insurance programs to new and used truck customers, develop finance source relationships, obtain approvals, train sales staff, prepare monthly finance reports, ensure accurate paperwork and contract funding, travel weekly to dealerships and customer locations, and maintain regulatory and product knowledge to maximize departmental profitability.

Place stock orders for dealerships, create and maintain inventory records in the Fusion system (set up new parts, change suppliers/status, merge/supersede/inactivate records), assist with annual physical inventories, and perform other central purchasing tasks as assigned.
