Place stock orders for dealerships, create and maintain inventory records in the Fusion system (set up new parts, change suppliers/status, merge/supersede/inactivate records), assist with annual physical inventories, and perform other central purchasing tasks as assigned.

Hire, train, coach and evaluate sales staff; set and monitor goals; manage inventory, sales process, and department business planning; travel to customers and build relationships to drive revenue and customer satisfaction.

Lead HR strategy and operations for a 900+ employee organization: workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, compensation and benefits, payroll, compliance, employee relations, HR technology, and performance management. Partner with executives, build HR systems, improve retention and engagement, and ensure legal and recordkeeping compliance.
