POSITION SUMMARY
Performs a variety of tasks in Central Purchasing; Maintains part record data in Fusion. Sets up new inventory records. Places Stock orders for dealerships.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
• Places stock orders for dealerships from both OE PDC and DSP suppliers, along with H.D.A. and any other direct suppliers.
• Creates new inventory records in the Fusion system that currently do not exist on price files as needed.
• Maintains existing inventory records in the Fusion system. This includes changing suppliers, Stock Status, Merging, Superseding, and inactivating inventory records as needed.
• Assists with annual Physical Inventory at various dealerships.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES / ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
• No Supervisory Responsibilities
• The Replenishment Coordinator reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) • Prefer one year previous experience in a warehouse environment handling products and working with inventory control
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals. • Ability to effectively present information to management. • Proficient in basic math, can determine variance in numbers on sight. Able to count and add basic numbers without a calculator.
