Provide securities, corporate governance, and capital markets legal advice for a public company. Draft and review SEC filings and disclosures, support capital markets and credit transactions, manage insider trading policies and board/committee matters, maintain governance documents, and collaborate with finance, investor relations, treasury, and other functions.

Manage and process weekly hourly plant payroll, reconcile payroll files and GL interfaces, ensure SOX compliance, and prepare payroll reports. Reconcile ledgers and balance sheet accounts, prepare journal entries and SOX reports, analyze variances, support audits, and provide financial analysis for contracts and margin improvement. Partner cross-functionally to drive cost savings, process improvements, and actionable insights for leadership.

Support corporate affairs across government relations, communications, and digital platforms. Draft content and policy materials, coordinate stakeholders and vendors, track program metrics, manage editorial calendars, support web and platform updates, handle meeting summaries and trade association engagement, and assist senior leaders with ad hoc projects and crisis communications support.

Design, audit, and support glass melting furnaces and refractories worldwide. Scope and manage design/repair projects, supervise construction and hot repairs, perform campaign life assessments, provide technical support, and ensure safety and budget adherence.

Provide hands-on SAP Basis support for on-premise and cloud SAP environments: installation, patching, upgrades, monitoring, troubleshooting, transports, system refreshes, backup/DR testing, third-party tool administration, compliance support, and collaboration with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams. Participate in on-call rotations and incident resolution.
