Leads the global grants and incentives portfolio, identifying funding opportunities, evaluating financial benefits, managing applications and negotiations, and ensuring award compliance. Participants rotate through plant finance, commercial finance, FP&A, internal audit, and other teams, gaining experience in accounting, forecasting, profitability analysis, cost accounting, financial controls, and audits. One plant rotation requires relocation, with additional rotations based in Perrysburg, Ohio. The program includes mentorship, challenging assignments, travel throughout North America, and potential relocation after completion.

Finance internship rotating through accounting, commercial finance, FP&A, and operations finance teams in Perrysburg, Ohio. Responsibilities include journal entries, fixed assets, inventory accounting, financial close support, Sarbanes-Oxley reporting, pricing and profitability analysis, financial modeling, margin analysis, financial reporting, KPI reviews, labor and benefit tracking, spend analysis, and plant-level forecasting. The program provides mentorship, cross-functional exposure, and preparation for full-time financial leadership roles.
