Leads athletic communications, media relations, digital content, branding, website administration, statistical reporting, and livestreaming for 18 intercollegiate sports programs. Oversees game-day operations, media access, staffing, facility readiness, fan engagement, and NCAA and conference compliance. Creates press releases, feature stories, programs, newsletters, and promotional materials while collaborating on marketing, events, fundraising, and departmental administration.

Manage day-to-day accounts receivable and payable functions including processing invoices, payments, billing, cash receipts, reconciliations, journal entries, and month/year-end support. Maintain vendor, customer, and student account records, resolve payment discrepancies, support audits, assist collections, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate across campus to improve processes and financial reporting accuracy.

Support head coach with daily team operations including training sessions, scouting, recruiting, travel coordination, and athlete academic/mentoring support. Learn NCAA compliance, complete required trainings, and contribute to overall athletics department success while enrolled full-time in a master's program.
