Serve as primary client contact for Long Island accounts, managing relationships, forecasts, and vendor negotiations while designing workplace and furniture solutions using CET and AutoCAD. Coordinate projects from concept through installation, perform site visits and field measurements, prepare specifications and documentation, support value engineering and budgets, and mentor junior staff to ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.

Produce AI-generated product imagery and presentation-ready visualizations; craft and refine AI-written content for proposals, RFPs, and marketing; build prompt frameworks and scalable workflows; collaborate with Sales, Design, Marketing, and RFP teams to prioritize and deliver on content requests while ensuring brand alignment.

Create drawings, specifications, and digital presentations (CET, AutoCAD). Coordinate with sales, verify field dimensions, prepare installation documents, select finishes, maintain project files and time tracking, meet clients, and adhere to design standards and deadlines.

Sell full-service interior design and installation solutions to homebuilders, developers, and asset managers. Generate leads, manage the full sales cycle, present design proposals, collaborate with design and operations, track pipeline in CRM, attend industry events, and meet revenue targets.

Manage client accounts to grow market share and profitability by cultivating client relationships, updating clients on products/trends, coordinating the sales process, negotiating with vendors, forecasting, and executing strategic account plans. Collaborate with marketing, sales coordinators, and project managers while reading blueprints/CAD and monitoring sales reports.

Provide dealership-focused interior design services including programming, space planning, furniture plans, specifications, topicals, finish selection, and digital presentations. Produce and revise CET/AutoCAD drawings, prepare installation documents, coordinate field verifications, inventory existing product, maintain project reporting, and collaborate with sales, manufacturers, and clients to meet deadlines and design standards.

Lead design and execution of talent management programs including performance management, succession planning, development and upskilling; support full-cycle recruiting, standardize hiring practices, coach managers on retention and career development, analyze talent metrics, and optimize HRIS and talent tools to drive people strategy and organizational capability.

Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers to oversee complex FFE projects from budget through client closeout. Ensure consistency, quality control, scheduling, vendor coordination, on-site installation oversight, client communication, and process improvement while liaising with Sales, Operations, architects, and vendors.

Support sales by entering quotes/orders, following up with vendors, managing order status and punch lists, coordinating installations, preparing documentation, invoicing, and maintaining client relationships to ensure satisfaction.
