Manage client relationships and account growth for furniture clients: promote products, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate sales-to-delivery process, oversee projects and timelines, negotiate with vendors, read blueprints/CAD, generate quotes, mentor junior staff, and attend on-site meetings and field measures to ensure client satisfaction and profitability.

Support sales and account management while managing projects from quoting through installation and closeout. Coordinate vendors, orders, installations, documentation, and client communications to ensure timely, accurate delivery and project closeout.

Produce AI-generated product imagery and presentation-ready visualizations; craft and refine AI-written content for proposals, RFPs, and marketing; build prompt frameworks and scalable workflows; collaborate with Sales, Design, Marketing, and RFP teams to prioritize and deliver on content requests while ensuring brand alignment.

Create drawings, specifications, and digital presentations (CET, AutoCAD). Coordinate with sales, verify field dimensions, prepare installation documents, select finishes, maintain project files and time tracking, meet clients, and adhere to design standards and deadlines.

Support sales and operations across the project lifecycle: prepare quotes and orders, track vendor acknowledgements, coordinate installations and pre/post-install activities, manage documentation (COIs, COM/COL, punch lists), maintain records and reports, and communicate status to clients and teams to ensure timely, accurate project delivery and client satisfaction.

Develop and execute product strategies for RFPs and client standards to improve pricing competitiveness and gross profit. Analyze applications, recommend product substitutions, produce BOM-based specifications and visuals, support pricing submittals, and collaborate with Sales, Design, and Operations using CET and dealer ordering systems.
