Manage end-to-end recruiting for a fast-growing financial planning firm: source, screen, and interview candidates; coordinate hiring with department leaders; build candidate pipelines; engage local colleges; maintain recruitment databases; support job postings and employer branding; and ensure an excellent candidate experience aligned with company culture and high performance standards.

Provide expert tax preparation and planning for individuals and businesses: prepare accurate returns, ensure compliance with tax law, collaborate with advisors, support clients during audits, and improve internal tax workflows while educating clients and coordinating with outside professionals.

Provide exceptional client-facing service, perform quality checks on meetings and calls, maintain client relationships and CRM records, prepare actionable quality reports for leadership, keep the office professional and organized, and continuously improve client-facing processes.

Client Experience Intern responsible for warmly greeting clients, delivering white-glove service, planning and coordinating client events, maintaining a polished office, streamlining internal processes, tracking projects, and supporting the client experience team for efficient communication and task completion.

Manage early stages of hiring, review and track applications, facilitate onboarding/offboarding, maintain compliant HR documentation, track hiring data and KPIs, ensure new hires are set up for success, and apply knowledge of state and federal labor laws.

Produce and own editing/post-production for YouTube, social, ads, podcasts, client education, and internal training. Maintain brand visuals, manage assets, collaborate with marketing and leadership, provide creative input, and optimize videos for platform-specific formats and engagement.
