Main Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Experience with payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management
Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
Maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledgers
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Monitor and manage payroll processing and related tax filings
Support the budgeting and forecasting process with accurate data and insights
Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
Coordinate with external accountants during audits or year-end tax filings
Identify and implement improvements to accounting workflows and internal controls
Provide financial reporting support to leadership and department heads
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- CPA certification
