Our internship program is highly competitive and the top in the country. We have opportunities for summer, fall, and spring internships.

Hire Future Team Members - Hiring is our number one bottleneck with the extreme momentum and growth our firm has experienced. This gives us an opportunity to find and test great-fit future team members before offering full-time. Our goal is to offer back every intern who crushes it and aligns with our values/standards/intensity.
Impact - Interns don't add much value to us during the internship. We can get all the tasks done with 5 interns. This is a mission to pour into interns. It is a Professional Development Masterclass and an incredible opportunity to grow in all areas of life. Few firms offer robust internship programs, so we decided to change that and build it ourselves.
What We Offer
Real life Experience – Assisting our operations team with miscellaneous tasks and projects.
Top Compensation – Most of our interns make all-in $20-30 an hour (not including the up to $10k signing bonus opportunity for those offered back).
Peak Bootcamp - Leadership and Professional Development masterclass held every day for the first month.
Peak University - Our three-month advisor training program, consisting of one-hour of training sessions every day with an experienced advisor. Operations interns get to sit in on some of these classes.
Intern Bootcamp - An additional hour each day for interns to have time with experienced team members to get questions answered and do further training.
CEO Fridays – A time when our CEO will discuss mission, values, firm alignment, firm direction, industry experience, advice to interns, answer questions, and anything related to Peak.
Intern Lunches - For interns who are excelling, have a great attitude, and show the qualities of a long-term team member, we host one-on-one lunches with our experienced team members throughout the summer.
Growth Sessions - One-on-one intentional discussions with leaders of our internship program to help interns grow.
Kingdom Advisors Study Group - Learn how to integrate your faith with your finances.
Trainual - Over 120+ hours of training content built exclusively for Peak Retirement Planning, Inc.
Top Dog Day - Those we offer back and accept will be invited to a special full-day experience of a lifetime. We will have the whole day planned, with top restaurant reservations in Columbus for breakfast/lunch/dinner. We will plan special activities such as golfing, skydiving, rock climbing, escape rooms, etc.
Team Events - We have Peak Olympics, Team Dinners, Columbus Crew Games, Columbus Clippers Games, and more throughout the summer!
Out-of-State Interns: Paid for housing during the internship.
Skills Required
- Support daily operational tasks and cross-departmental initiatives
- Assist with streamlining internal processes and workflows
- Utilize internal systems, tools, and reporting
- Coordinate and track ongoing projects to ensure timely completion
- Contribute to process documentation and team resources
- Work closely with operations leaders to maintain efficiency in communication and tasks
