Processes and verifies federal and military student aid documents for accuracy and compliance. Reviews ISIRs, completes verification, resolves C-codes, UEH, and conflicting data, determines special circumstances for escalation, calculates Return of Title IV funds, reviews SAP eligibility, and prepares electronic disbursements using COD, NSLDS, and CPS.

Coordinate placement and onboarding for experiential learning sites with standard requirements; secure rotation spaces; partner with Specialist I on learner compliance; maintain site communications and outreach; monitor rotation needs by course, skill level, and geography; complete semester projects; update credentialing and cross-functional teams; use portals/CRM and Microsoft Office to ensure data integrity and support learners.

Provide end-user support and Help Desk ticketing across the college: troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, deliver training and guidance, maintain systems, assist with audits/backups and enforce IT policy, communicate status to stakeholders, and collaborate across functions to ensure consistent operations and customer satisfaction.

Evaluate and analyze information systems, support system management and implementation, and gather and document system requirements to guide system development and deployment.

Design, develop, and implement curriculum and professional development materials using LMS and authoring tools. Conduct gap analyses, map objectives and assessments, create course guides and supportive materials, and align content with instructional methods. Collaborate with SMEs and committees, maintain current educational research knowledge, refine processes, and support related projects.
