Manage curriculum assessment and liaison activities between the College and Nightingale Innovations: evaluate program outcomes, support faculty training, develop assessment instruments, lead curriculum committees, ensure DoE and accreditation compliance, and support instructional strategy and LMS integration.

Prepare and process Title IV financial aid, verify ISIRs and documentation, resolve C-codes and conflicting data, package and disburse funds, support advisors and managers, maintain compliance with federal/state regulations, and assist with financial aid projects and customer service.

Advise learners and parents on financial aid processes, administer student financial aid office functions, assess eligibility for aid (including Title IV), prepare estimates and packaging, and assist with delivery of funds while ensuring compliance and excellent customer service throughout degree completion.

Prepare and process Title IV financial aid: review ISIRs and verification documents, resolve C-codes and conflicting data, package and disburse/disburse funds, ensure compliance with federal/state/institutional regulations, support FA advisors and leadership, use COD/NSLDS/CPS, provide customer service, and participate in college and departmental activities and trainings.

Lead and execute the company data strategy; design and maintain scalable data models and warehouses; drive ETL implementation; enforce data governance; provide analytics and insights to cross-functional teams; manage budgets, hiring, and team development; monitor performance and adopt emerging data technologies to optimize operations.

Review and verify learner documents and ISIRs to determine eligibility for Title IV, military, and other aid; process verifications and disbursements; advise learners and families on funding options; maintain SIS records, cohort lists, and compliance with federal and institutional regulations; collaborate with teams and attend trainings.

Ensure accuracy of learner accounts by coordinating tuition and fee payments, posting payments and fees into the ledger and SIS, processing refunds and stipend credits, updating account records, serving as first escalation point for Associate I and learner concerns, and supporting related functional projects.

Advise learners and families on federal, state, and military funding; verify ISIR documents, clear verification/C-codes/UEH, update SIS and cohort lists, prepare Title IV disbursements, and use COD/NSLDS/CPS to ensure compliance while providing high-quality customer service.

Manage full-cycle recruiting: partner with hiring managers, develop job ads, source candidates via Indeed/LinkedIn, screen and schedule interviews, extend offers through the ATS, initiate background/drug checks, provide requisition reports, and support talent acquisition projects.

Provide technical leadership and enterprise architecture for Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune. Define governance, ITSM/ITIL practices, develop advanced automations (PowerShell/Bash), lead complex projects, mentor admins, and serve as escalation for security, reliability, and cross-team incidents.
