Manage global procurement activities: source and negotiate with suppliers, oversee contracts and risk, control spend, collaborate with operations and warehouse, track chargebacks, forecast buying needs, and implement process improvements to ensure supply continuity and cost-effective purchasing.

Lead and execute e-commerce creative direction across channels, manage creative team and projects, produce and direct photoshoots, create/optimize brand guidelines and assets for marketplaces, and ensure quality, approvals, and process improvements to meet business goals.

Conduct market and competitive research on major e-commerce platforms, analyze sales and inventory data, develop suppliers, design product prototypes and functional specs, validate requirements and users, support product launches and post-launch iteration, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet SOP and performance targets.

Provide on-site technical support by installing/configuring systems, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, responding to customer inquiries, maintaining system logs and documentation, and assisting with training materials. Monitor networks, resolve interruptions, and use helpdesk and remote-access tools to support customers and internal users.

Manage daily marketplace operations across assigned platforms (Amazon, Walmart, Wayfair): create and optimize listings, pricing, promotions, inventory and data feeds; improve images and catalog details; drive traffic via SEO and listing optimization; identify growth opportunities and streamline platform processes while supporting client relationships.

Own end-to-end brand strategy and P&L for assigned brands on Amazon and other channels. Manage PPC, SEO, listings, promotions, pricing, inventory planning, product launches, analytics, and expansion to new marketplaces. Partner cross-functionally with purchasing, R&D, and creative teams to drive sales, conversion, and profitability while improving processes and reporting.

Manage online product and content marketing for e-commerce: audit and optimize product listings and store layouts, perform keyword research and SEO, produce search performance reports, support social media, press and email campaigns, and assist with graphic design and vendor coordination as needed.

Drive new customer acquisition and service existing accounts by cold-calling, onsite visits, market research, and relationship management. Plan daily outreach, close deals, monitor competition, and travel within the U.S. as needed. Compensation: base salary plus commission.

Prepare daily bookkeeping, maintain inventory standard costs, consolidate and analyze financial statements, manage monthly/quarterly/annual closes, prepare budgets, oversee audits, and provide financial advice to support management decision-making.
