Job Description
- Assist with daily case management in assigned platforms (Amazon / Walmart / Wayfair / etc).
- Manage all facets of the business on your assigned platform & oversee the marketplace operations
- Setup and oversee product listings, pricing, promotion, inventory, and data feeds on your assigned platform
- Assist with optimizing and updating product images and catalog details
- Identify new business opportunities on your assigned platform to increase the online sales and inventory efficiency, and manage client relationships
- Drive traffic and direct customers to new products or promotional products through SEO and listing optimization
- Ensure that processes for the assigned platform are working effectively, and proactively identify process improvement ideas.
Qualifications
- Team player and creative thinker with solid analytic and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Word, Excel (Formulas, Pivot Table, Vlookup, etc)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable with numbers (sales, margin, inventory, etc)
- Previous experience in eCommerce platforms, Amazon and/or Walmart Marketplace is a plus
- Required Language: Fluent in English, Mandarin preferred
