Performs financial analysis, identifies trends, prepares monthly commentary, develops budgets and forecasts, supports accounting and audits, analyzes cost-report data, and provides financial insights to organizational leadership. The role collaborates with accounting staff, completes special projects, communicates financial results to varied audiences, and maintains confidentiality in an in-person nonprofit finance environment.

Supports enterprise cybersecurity through security monitoring, incident response coordination, vulnerability management, risk assessments, compliance reviews, policy maintenance, security awareness training, and HIPAA-related privacy compliance. The role collaborates with IT leadership, business units, and vendors to implement security controls, develop metrics and reports, improve cybersecurity initiatives, and protect organizational systems and sensitive data.

Provide front-desk and administrative support: answer phones, greet visitors, process mail/donations, manage files and schedules using Outlook, prepare routine correspondence, set up meetings/AV/catering, manage multi-step administrative projects, operate basic office equipment, and maintain confidentiality.
