Drives technical sales, specification influence, territory development, and product adoption for building envelope systems. Builds relationships with architects, consultants, owners, contractors, distributors, and representatives; delivers technical education and presentations; reviews specifications and drawings; supports product selection, pricing, submittals, warranties, code compliance, and project execution. Tracks opportunities and territory performance, supports product launches, and provides market intelligence. This fully remote role requires extensive multi-state travel and occasional overnight and weekend travel.

Own customer orders from entry through shipment and invoicing. Review orders for accuracy, coordinate with planning, inventory, shipping, and purchasing, monitor open orders, communicate schedule changes, resolve customer issues, and build relationships with customers and internal partners to ensure on-time fulfillment and excellent service.

Support financial planning and reporting for innovation projects: prepare budgets, forecasts, dashboards, variance analyses, track project spending, respond to data requests, and assist ad hoc analyses to evaluate new business opportunities.

Manage a defined B2B customer portfolio to ensure accurate order entry, timely shipments, invoice resolution, and strong customer relationships. Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors, perform order calculations/conversions, track logistics in ERP systems, troubleshoot exceptions, and support continuous improvement while meeting order accuracy and past-due performance metrics.

Support and maintain enterprise security controls and tools, investigate security events, manage tickets and remediation, perform threat and vulnerability assessments, maintain Microsoft security platform (Azure Conditional Access, Intune, Defender), assist auditors, develop security documentation and awareness, mentor analysts, and support deployment of data-loss prevention and remote access solutions.

Lead the full product lifecycle for TPO and membrane products: define strategy, drive new product development, manage roadmaps and budgets, ensure code compliance and certifications, support sustainability and commercialization, conduct VOC and field evaluations, collaborate cross-functionally, mentor a Product Specialist, and support international expansion and industry representation.

Drive territory sales and growth for building envelope products by prospecting new business, supporting distributors and contractors, presenting to stakeholders, walking roofs and evaluating project sites, managing pipeline in Salesforce, and producing regular sales and competitor reports.

Sell and provide technical support for Carlisle spray foam insulation in Southern California. Qualify and implement spray foam technology, train applicators, support customers and distributors, develop new business, maintain sales documentation, and ensure compliance with codes and standards. Frequent travel required.

Analyze inventory, SKU usage, and lead times to optimize stocking strategies and improve supply chain performance. Build dashboards and KPIs, support demand forecasting, lead process-improvement projects, ensure master data accuracy, and coordinate cross-functional supply chain activities to balance service, cost, and working capital.
