Perform furnace data collection, review heat charts, generate thermal-processing reports, lead projects to improve data acquisition and traceability, maintain temperature uniformity surveys, ensure audit-ready record retention, and advise operations on heat-treat quality and compliance (AMS 2750 and customer specs).

Optimize hot rolling processes, develop and implement manufacturing/customer trials, resolve product issues, interface with customers and sales, design cost-competitive flow paths, and support new grade/product development at an on-site hot rolling facility.

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes by maintaining general ledgers, preparing and posting journal entries in Oracle, producing financial statements and account reconciliations, assisting corporate billing, submitting ledgers to consolidation system, and recommending process improvements while supporting ad hoc finance projects.

Provide daily administrative support for melt-operations including hourly employee scheduling, Kronos time corrections, payroll assistance, training and onboarding coordination, safety meeting scheduling, reporting and database maintenance, and organizing employee events and donations.

Lead and optimize metallurgical manufacturing processes for titanium products, support raw material qualification, analyze chemistry/yield data, drive continuous improvement and standardize new products with operations, quality, and R&D.

Develop and implement internal and external communications strategies for the Specialty Alloys & Components business unit. Create written and video content, manage digital and social channels, support crisis and community relations, partner with leadership on change communications, measure channel effectiveness, and engage employees as brand ambassadors.

Lead complex accounting activities including month‑end/year‑end close, financial statement preparation, SOX and audit support, ASC 842 lease accounting, tax reporting, process improvements, ad‑hoc analysis, and mentoring junior staff to support plant and corporate finance alignment.

Design, configure, implement and integrate process control and automation systems (PLC, DCS, HMI, SCADA) to improve manufacturing efficiency and reliability. Troubleshoot process issues, support capital projects, implement control strategies, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain process documentation.
