Design and run a centralized onshore/offshore billing model, oversee billing accuracy and unbilled WIP, manage offshore delivery, partner with firm leaders on billing strategy, drive reporting/analytics, own systems and automation, and build high-performing teams with strong controls and compliance.

Lead and perform audit engagements for privately held clients—particularly manufacturing—prepare and review annual audit reports, liaise with managers and staff, support clients through financial reporting, and coach/train audit staff accountants.

Provide tax compliance and advisory for hedge fund and private fund clients, prepare and review partnership tax returns, analyze complex fund structures and securities transactions, research tax technical issues, communicate with clients, mentor junior staff, and identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Provide tax strategy and compliance services for closely held businesses and private equity portfolio companies, preparing federal, state, and local returns (C‑Corps, S‑Corps, Partnerships), conducting technical research, advising on tax efficiencies, managing client relationships, and coaching staff to ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

Lead multi-state sales and use tax engagements including return review, nexus and taxability advice, VDAs, audit defense, and process improvements. Serve as primary client contact, mentor staff, manage engagement budgets and deliverables, and support indirect tax technology projects (e.g., Avalara) while communicating legislative impacts.
