Design and develop electrical hardware for IoT and robotics products from concept to production. Create schematics and PCB layouts, build and debug prototypes, develop validation and reliability tests, mitigate EMI/ESD, and collaborate with vendors and manufacturers.

Provide on-site support and engineering guidance for Apple device deployments in school districts: troubleshoot hardware, Mac OS X/macOS Server, iOS, MDM, networks and Wi‑Fi; coach district staff; document processes; participate in customer meetings and escalations.

Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS. Build with JavaScript MVC frameworks (Ember.js, jQuery), SASS, and Git. Integrate RESTful APIs, produce documentation and well-commented code, collaborate with designers, and work independently on projects.

Develop and execute FPGA/ASIC RTL verification tests and test plans using SystemVerilog/UVM. Review designs and RTL, analyze failures, write bug reports, and work with IP vendors and design/firmware engineers to resolve issues.

Develop and manage demand and supply plans for channel programs, supporting new store expansions. Analyze demand, inventory, and program usage; coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and Suppliers; present updates to executives; mitigate risks; improve planning processes and lead cross-functional projects to meet financial and time-to-market goals.

Administer and coordinate the team's CMS (AEM), manage user provisioning, document processes, lead content and knowledge-base projects, train content producers, write requirements, and communicate project status to stakeholders to deliver multilingual content initiatives on schedule.
