Entry-level Business Analyst supporting a state DMV enterprise application. Work with business users to gather requirements, create functional design artifacts, collaborate with developers, participate in testing and optimization, and support software defect analysis and process improvement. Lead development, enhancement, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ADFS/FIM-based SSO and identity management systems. Plan, design, code, test, implement features, integrate IDM with enterprise applications, and resolve authentication/authorization issues. Document work and deliver in an Agile/Scrum environment while supporting production systems and collaborating with stakeholders.

Perform hands-on software testing for multiple public health systems: interpret requirements, create/execute test scripts and cases, perform system/unit/regression/load/acceptance testing, report and track defects, analyze results for interoperability and configuration issues, and recommend process/tool improvements while collaborating with analysts, developers, and users.

Plan, design, implement, and administer VMware virtual server and mid-size storage array infrastructure. Support SAN/storage arrays (Hitachi, Nimble), Fibre Channel and iSCSI, and Windows Server back-office systems including Active Directory and Group Policy in a production data center.
