Onsite Business Analyst responsible for eliciting, analyzing, specifying, and validating stakeholder business requirements. Conduct stakeholder interviews, develop use cases and test plans, perform ROI and cost-benefit analyses, support project planning and SDLC activities, assist change management, and collaborate with IT and emerging technology teams to recommend process and technology improvements.

Contract imaging specialist to receive and image ~1300 desktops, laptops, and tablets using Microsoft MDT, install required software, create/update OneNote installation documentation, troubleshoot OS/software issues, and assist loading imaged systems for delivery.

Lead end-to-end PeopleSoft HCM implementation: plan, design, build, test, and deploy. Designs, codes, tests and debugs web applications. Produces SDM technical documents, translates requirements into software, creates workplans and estimates, interfaces with users for enhancements/issue resolution, and provides routine status reports.

Develop, analyze, and tune Oracle PL/SQL (primary). Upgrade/modify Oracle Forms 11g and Reports 11g. Perform unit testing, documentation, and code reviews. Work in WebLogic environment and support related shell scripting and database tasks.

Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for .NET applications; perform functional, regression, UAT, load, and backend testing; automate tests using TFS/MS Test and open-source tools; maintain test data, metrics, and environments; collaborate with developers, PMs, and operations to ensure product quality.

Lead and manage functional and technical QA for interfaces between internal systems and external partners. Plan and execute test strategies (including UAT), set defect severity, perform impact analyses, coordinate stakeholders, track issues/risks, provide on-site product support, and contribute to test documentation, training, and quality improvements.
